Heyyyyy Glowers , welcome back 👋👋👋 Today i premiere my new blog segment Locd & Glowing which is very reminiscent to my Fashion & Style : 411. Instead of fashion talk we talkin dreadlocs. I only try to interview and get the low down on personalities i follow and adore on social media. Cinematographer DBella is setting social media in fire with her luscious locs. Being featured on numerous loc IG pages such as BlkGirlLocs and Loclivin , DBella is easily becoming an inspiration to so many around the world. I had the honor of interviewing DBella and getting the tea on those beautiful dreads. Check it Out below

1. So when’s the first time you knew you wanted locs

DBella: Honestly, I do not know the exact time but I just remember I was so tired looking like everyone else. So one day I just randomly said I am going to loc.

2. What method did you use to start your locs?

DBella: I started with double Twist

3. How long have you been locd

DBella: I am around 7 years locd

4. What are your holy grail hair care items
DBella: I have a natural mixture I use and Cantu oil sheen

5. I see you color your locs , has that damaged your hair?

DBella: Luckily, No.

6. Have you experience any back lash from anyone because of your locs?

DBella: Before growing them I did. From men wanting me to have straight hair. I was told to not to do it because it was going to be extremely ugly. Now I get a little backlash from some Rastas, because I’m not one. Can’t win. So now I don’t pay it any mind.

7. What advice would you give anyone thinking of starting loc?

DBella: I would tell anyone that it is a process. It takes a lot of patience doing it but its so worth it
